Silence
As a spiritual empath and prolific writer, I would love to have some profound observations to brighten the world and nudge it through its current pandemic.
Instead, I find myself sitting in long bouts of silence, listening to the wind or birds, and taking in the beauty of the outdoors.
Fear sometimes overwhelms me, but the majority of the time I am at peace, enjoying my cocoon exactly as it is, and cleaning and improving my little home and space as best I can.
That said, in my opinion, there is a deep and growing division between two forms of human consciousness. One is completely focused on its own selfish desires at the expense of others, the other is seeking to live in accordance with beauty and what’s best for the collective “we.”
This is seen in the current political atmosphere of America.
Some of the second group can live in slight unease with the first group, communicating truths occasionally to those who mostly will not listen. The rest of the second group, myself included, can no longer tolerate any contact with the first.
Where you are at right now is okay. You do not have to cast your pearls before swine.
